NCR Book

NCR books are utilized for various purposes, including invoice books, purchase order books, receipt books, and any other forms that need to be duplicated. These books employ carbon paper, requiring a writing shield (a fold-in board) to be inserted between the copies. This ensures that any writing on the first sheet is replicated accurately on the subsequent copies. It’s a simple, tidy, and professional method.

A duplicate carbon book may have 200 pages (100 original and 100 copies) for quantities 10 or more and 100 pages (50 original and 50 copies) for less than 10 books. A triplicate book has 150 page. 50 original pages, 50 of a second copy and 50 of the third copy

With duplicate copy books, the original page tears out a goes to the customer, whereas the copy stays behind for record keeping. With a triplicate NCR book printing, the original tears out and goes to the customer, the second page can tear out and go to warehouse or staff member or someone else to proses. The final copy stays behind for record keeping.
